Applications for membership of the Association of Christian Spiritual Directors Inc. are invited.
There are two main categories of members: Full and Associate, and three subsidiary categories designed to meet specific needs. Please see the ‘Membership Categories Flowchart’ for more info.
For further information about joining please download and read the Membership Covenant. The Covenant document includes background information, a code of ethics and a complaints procedure. Once you have been accepted for membership, you will be asked to sign this form and pay your subscription for membership to be finalised.
Membership fees are set each year by the Executive.
Applications for Student, Affiliate Membership or Friend of the Association should be made to the Secretary along with the Membership Application Form or the Membership Renewal Form.

Applications for Membership are processed by the Association's Executive Committee.
The Association's membership renewal date is 30th November each year.
In good time before this date you will be sent the current renewal form, or you can upload it below. This will invite you to ask your spiritual director and your ministry supervisor to confirm that you have met the Association's requirements for membership.
Once it is completed, you are invited to post your membership renewal form, with a cheque for your annual subscription fee, to the person/address noted on the renewal form.
We are now inviting members to indicate Professional development for Spiritual Direction activities / events engaged in over the past year to be written onto the Membership Renewal Form. Please see the Professional Development Guidelines for suggestions.
Currently, the annual subscription fee is $65. There is a $10 surcharge if paid after 30 November.
